We offer free delivery to Lithuania if minimum basket amount is 100 EUR. To European Union countries free delivery if minimum of basket amount is 200 EUR. When order is placed, we send a confirmation by email. After we ship the goods, we send a final email notice. The delivery time within 10 working days. Shipping to other countries is also available. Please contact to inquire about the shipping cost and delivery time to other countries. As the recipient in the non-EU or non-European Economic Area, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.


We do not offer free returns. Returns within Lithuania are 5+VAT=6,05 EUR, in other countries, depending on a location, from 10 to 20 EUR. The order can be returned within 14 days after you receive the order, in the same original condition, and with the labeling, accompanied by enclosed Return Form. We will arrange a carrier to pick up the goods for you. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. The refund might take up to 10 days from the day we receive and accept the goods. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through In this case you should advise your local customs bureau directly. In case of replacement of the item, all transport costs are paid by the customer.

Cancellation of order

You have a right to cancel your order within 2 hours without giving any reason. To proceed with your order cancellation, you must inform us by email For orders cancelled, we will issue you with a full refund. We will make a reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction within 1 working day after the day on which we are informed about the cancellation.
